¶ PON Status
The PON Status panel displays a real-time summary of the operational conditions of the subscriber's ONU/ONT, allowing the support agent to quickly identify the connection state, optical signal level, performance, and possible failures.
This screen is accessed within the subscriber's SAC, in the PON Information panel, and is divided into two main sections: General ONU status and Technical details.
¶ 🔹 General ONU Information
This first section displays the main operating parameters of the ONU/ONT:

| Updated at | Displays the date and time of the last information update. |
| OLT | Indicates the connectivity status with the OLT. The green OK icon confirms active communication. |
| PON Link | Shows the status of the PON link between the OLT and the ONU. When green (OK), the link is stable. |
| ONU Rx Attenuation | Optical power level received by the ONU. Values outside the ideal range may indicate fiber losses or breaks. |
| OLT Rx Attenuation | Optical power level received by the OLT from the same ONU. Also useful for reverse signal diagnostics. |
| Distance | Shows the approximate distance between the OLT and the ONU, measured by the optical signal propagation time. |
| ONU Model | Identification of the equipment model. |
| ONU Firmware | Firmware version currently installed on the equipment. |
| ONU Uptime | Total time the equipment has been powered on and operational since the last reboot. |
| ONU MACs | List of MAC addresses detected on the ONU's Ethernet ports. |
| Ethernet (Link / Speed / Duplex) | Indicates the status of each LAN port (Up/Down), negotiated speed (e.g., 100 Mbps), and mode (Full/Half duplex). |
¶ ⚙️ ONU/ONT Details

| Last distance | Most recent distance recorded between the OLT and the ONU. |
| Temperature / Optical module temperature | General operating temperature of the equipment and the optical module. |
| CPU Usage | Percentage of ONU processor utilization. |
| Memory Usage | Percentage of memory currently in use. |
| Optical module voltage | Voltage value (in volts) of the optical module, useful for electrical diagnostics. |
| Optical module current | Current (in milliamps) consumed by the optical transmitter. |
| Last outage cause | Recorded reason for the last shutdown or reboot (e.g., reset, signal loss). |
| Manufacturer ID | Identification code of the ONU manufacturer. |
| Hardware version | Physical version (model) of the equipment. |
| Last outage | Date and time of the last recorded reboot. |
