The ONU to Subscriber Correlation automation aims to identify ONUs configured on the OLT that are not linked to any active contract within the Portal.
The process uses the MAC Address obtained directly from the OLT to query the PPPoE user in the RADIUS, locate the subscriber, and correlate it with the existing contract in the ERP/CRM.
This automation is executed every night by the system, ensuring the Portal always remains aligned with the real network status.
During the day, it can be manually executed whenever necessary.
To start creation:
After clicking create, the configuration screen will be displayed.
At this stage, choose which OLTs will participate in the automation:
Define how many threads will run in parallel:
| Scenario | Recommended amount |
|---|---|
| During daytime | Up to 10 threads |
| Overnight | Up to 40 threads |
The automation can be scheduled in three ways:
After adjusting everything, click Register to activate the automation.
Once registered, the automation will be available for manual or scheduled execution according to your needs.
It ensures the Portal always remains aligned with the network reality, preventing discrepancies between OLT → RADIUS → ERP/CRM.
