Portal permissions define which features, screens, information, and operations are available to each user in the Portal and mobile application.
Permissions can provide read access, write access, or access to a specific feature. Some permissions also act as parent permissions and must be enabled before their related sub-permissions become available.
Some permissions are displayed only when the corresponding feature is enabled for the account. This page provides an operational overview of the available permissions and their dependencies.
Most Portal permissions use two access levels:

| List / View | Allows the user to access and view the corresponding information or feature. |
| Create / Edit / Delete | Allows the user to perform changes or operational actions related to the feature. |
Enabling Create / Edit / Delete automatically enables the corresponding List / View permission.
The permissions in this section apply specifically to features available through the mobile application.

The following permissions control access to Portal features and, when applicable, their corresponding functionality in the application.

Some Portal permissions act as parent permissions. A parent permission controls access to a group of related features and must be enabled before its dependent permissions can be configured.
Select a parent permission below to view the permissions that depend on it. For permissions with Read and Write levels, enabling Write automatically enables Read.
Disabling a parent permission also removes access to its dependent permissions.
