The new Customer Pipeline interface has been made available in Beta version, accessible from the subscriber screen, under the AI Diagnostics tab.
The feature integrates simplified diagnostics, AI interaction history, and instability indicators, centralizing relevant information to streamline analysis and customer support.

--
In the Mass Outage module, monitoring of the ont-ploam-inactive alarm has been added to the Nokia OLT CLI routine.
The alarm is now processed and normalized as a Loss of Signal (LOS) event, ensuring proper processing and classification by the system.
--
Relative time presets have been implemented in dashboard filters, allowing quick selection of predefined periods, such as "15 minutes ago" or "1 week ago".
The feature streamlines filter application, eliminating the need to manually enter date and time ranges.

--
Improvement to the Subscriber screen for FWA customers with the addition of ONU model display.
The information is now presented next to the IMEI and access point (AP) serial number, making equipment identification easier during support activities.

--
Support has been implemented for the new CLI monitoring fields from Datacom OLTs running firmware version 10.4.0.
The update allows more accurate identification of the reason and timestamp of the last ONU disconnection, expanding network diagnostic and monitoring capabilities.

--
Improvement to the dashboard interface with the repositioning of the Refresh button.
The button has been moved to the component header, making it easier to access and removing the need to use it through the options menu.

--
The provisioning dashboards have been restructured into two distinct views: Today and History.
The Today view is focused on daily operational monitoring, with quick indicator updates. The History view consolidates information for trend analysis and long-term monitoring.

--
Added the display of the Service ID and a direct link to the service configuration in the subscriber contract tree view.

--
Geographic prioritization has been implemented in ONU search and discovery processes.
The feature uses customer latitude and longitude coordinates to automatically select the nearest OLT, making the discovery process more accurate and efficient.
Prerequisites: The OLT must have the latitude and longitude fields filled in. The feature must be enabled by the Support team upon request via WhatsApp or by opening a ticket at https://int6tech.freshdesk.com/.
--
Dashboard navigation has been redesigned with the introduction of a tree directory structure, breadcrumbs, and user profile-based access control.
The new organization simplifies dashboard navigation, improves resource discovery, and enables more granular access permission management.

--
Implementation of CLI commands for querying MAC tables on Harmonic equipment, allowing identification of connected devices by ONU or across the entire OLT.
--
Adjustment to the frontend translation system to ensure that component and category names are displayed correctly according to the language selected by the user.
--
Fix applied to ACS synchronization issues identified in specific firmware versions of the Huawei EG8145X6-10 device.
--
Fix applied to an error in the change_wlan_parameters API that occurred when the customer name was blank or null.
String interpolation handling has been adjusted to prevent TypeError occurrences, eliminating the incorrect return of the INT-1002 error in these scenarios and ensuring proper API execution.
--
The self-diagnostic logic has been adjusted to expand test coverage and collected information.
The improvement includes support for ping tests to local network IP addresses, as well as enabling the collection of optical and electrical parameters for devices compatible with the TR-181 standard.

--
Implementation of logic to identify migrations from neutral network to own network, ensuring automatic contract cancellation with the InfraCo partner.
--
Fix applied to a frontend bug that prevented Wi-Fi networks from being displayed and edited when the ONU profile was not registered.
With this adjustment, Wi-Fi network configuration is now displayed correctly, allowing changes directly through the OLT even when no profile is registered.

--
Improvement to the provisioning flow during ONU power reading.
Starting with this update, automatic retries are stopped as soon as a valid reading is obtained, even if the value is outside the configured limits. This allows the technician to make a decision immediately, reducing the provisioning process execution time.
--
The access control for the PON Link Summary and OLT queries in the app has been migrated to a user-specific permission-based model.
With this change, access to the PON Link Summary can now be granted individually, allowing more granular control over the features available to each user.

--
Layout adjustment in the app to correct the PON Link Summary table height calculation, preventing visualization issues.
