The new Factory Reset feature is now available directly through the Portal, allowing equipment restoration operations to be performed remotely and securely. This improvement aims to provide greater autonomy to technical support teams. The button has access control based on user permissions and can be enabled or restricted according to the access profile configuration.
--
Support for V-Sol OLTs has been implemented in the Portal, expanding the platform's compatibility with this technology.
Available features include:
The implementation allows V-Sol OLTs to be operated and managed directly through the Int6 Portal, following the platform's standard workflows.
--
The option to download reports in CSV format has been added to the CTO screen. Users can now quickly export the information displayed in the table — including description, total ports, used ports, sanitized ports, OLT, and ponlinks — while fully respecting the filters applied to the view, making audits and data sharing outside the platform easier.
--
It is now easier to find network information in the new diagnostics table, bringing back tools that help with day-to-day support activities.
To speed up customer support, we have reintroduced the option to filter and view customer VLANs directly in the diagnostics table, making it possible to quickly identify each user's connection profile.
--
The ONU identification process has been updated for ZTE C600 OLTs running firmware versions later than V2.0.40.
The unauthorized ONU discovery routine has been adapted to support the new serial number format introduced in these firmware versions, ensuring correct equipment identification and simplifying the activation process for new customers.
--
You can now easily differentiate splitters within the same service box (CTO) by viewing the name of each one in the portal.
--
Mesh network support has been implemented for TP-Link router models XX530v, XX530vV2, and EX520, allowing the system to correctly identify where each device is connected.
--
The /info/v2/gpon_info API has been improved with the addition of the vlan field. The new field now provides the VLAN configured in the contract profile.
For more details, refer to the API documentation at https://api.int6tech.com.br/#tag/informaçõesgpon-info
--
On the OLT screen, under the Logs tab, the OLT Responses window has been redesigned with an accordion layout.
The new interface groups multiple operations into a single execution record, optimizing space usage and making log navigation and analysis easier.
--
Column expansion functionality has been implemented in the OLT table, allowing complete information such as Hostname, Model, Manager, and Locations to be viewed. It is now possible to switch between summarized and full views directly from the table header, making it easier to identify equipment with long names.
--
The custom reports screen has been improved and restructured to make information easier to locate. Reports are now divided into two distinct sections:
--
ACS support has been expanded to include the Nokia G-1426G-D model. This update ensures that provisioning and management of these devices occur natively and reliably within the platform, following validated technical standards for Nokia technology.
--
ACS support has been implemented for the OPTI RX8414CDW model. This update enables complete provisioning and management of these devices on the platform.
--
The ONU linking process in the CTO dashboard has been updated to allow customers to be registered even when there is an OLT or Ponlink mismatch. The system now displays a confirmation alert when conflicting data is detected, allowing the operator to proceed with the association when necessary (e.g., pending documentation corrections) or cancel the operation to prevent registration errors.
--
Support for EasyMesh technology has been expanded to Huawei routers from the EG and HG product lines, including the EG8145X6-10, EG8041X6-10, and EG8041X7-10 models.
With this update, it is now possible to view the Mesh networks of these devices through the ACS.
--
Fixed an issue in the event timeline on the Mass Event Information screen. The adjustment eliminates duplicate log messages related to event notifications, providing a clearer and more accurate history view.
--
We resolved an issue that prevented some network incidents from being closed, ensuring that the Mass Outages dashboard reflects the actual operational status.
--
We adjusted the behavior of scheduled automations so that the system remains cleaner and executes only what is actually necessary for the customer base.
--
This update ensures access to all connection information (WAN, VoIP, and Ethernet) when checking the status of ZTE equipment on the subscriber screen.
--
We fixed an issue that hid equipment connected to PON port 16, ensuring that all customers on this port are displayed in the portal.
--
The fetch_resources endpoint routine for Huawei OLTs has been corrected, ensuring the identification of ONUs installed in EPON slots.
The fix adjusts identifier processing to support equipment that returns MAC addresses (EPON) instead of GPON serial numbers, ensuring correct discovery and synchronization of these devices.
--
Support for direct links to EPON customers has been added to the Imported Resources table for OLTs. In addition to the serial number for GPON customers, the MAC address now also works as a shortcut to the customer screen, ensuring a consistent and efficient navigation experience across all network technologies.
--
ACS support for the Intelbras ONT121W model has been adjusted. This update resolves instabilities in the event and tag flow, eliminating configuration loops and ensuring that devices respond correctly to connection commands after provisioning.
